Established in 2014 by Savvas Yiordamnis, manages small size hotels along with luxury villas and apartments, all on the island of Rhodes.

1. We meet the owner of the hotel and discuss with him the vision and expectations for his business
2. We thoroughly research the current operational needs, the financial and statistical data of the company as well as its sales capabilities.
3. We present a realistic and immediately applicable business plan.
4. We formulate respectively realistic and immediately implemented sales and marketing strategies (Marketing Plan)
5. We prepare the hotel’s Quality Management manual
6. We check weekly and monthly periodicity, the financial and quality performance of the accommodation and present the operating results (Profit & Loss Account) to the owner
7. We manage existing partnerships with Tour Operators and move on to new ones.
